I have stayed here before and always have a great time. Fai at reception was fantastic! She remembered me from a previous stay 10 days earlier and was really friendly and efficient. Every time I saw Fai in passing she waved and made me feel like I was at home. Thanks Fai :)

Room was basic but had everything we needed. Also had a balcony which was nice. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly and general wear on the furniture. Breakfast had limited choice. Bed was comfy. Staff helpful. Central location.

Accor system but dis-Accor-dant stay

I truly don’t understand how this property is even part of the Accor system. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we were treated as if we were a burden. If the staff dislike serving paying customers, then perhaps they should reconsider working in hospitality.

1. Disrespectful and insulting attitude towards customers: He spoke in a way that made me feel insulted. This is completely unsuitable for the service standards of a hotel. 2. Dangerous/dishonest behavior: He informed me that I had to wait until 14:00 to be upgraded to a pool view room. However, to my knowledge, the hotel only has two room types: Family and Double. This makes me doubt the transparency and truthfulness of the information provided. 3. Lack of focus and bias: During the process of resolving my issue, he appeared to be inattentive, repeatedly greeting and smiling intimately with another European customer. This action not only showed a lack of professionalism but also made me feel discriminated against based on gender and nationality. 4. No Apology: From the beginning to the end of the incident, I did not receive any sincere apology from him, a minimum application allowed in professional service.
