We truly appreciate your recognition of our location, value, and the comfort of our renovated rooms. It is always encouraging to know that these aspects contributed positively to your stay. At the same time, we sincerely regret that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations. Waiting over 30 minutes for your room and the lack of a warm, hospitable interaction are certainly not the standards we strive to deliver. Please accept our apologies for this shortcoming.
