It's a super nice hotel with great facilities and staff. Its breakfast is delicious, the room is pleasant and its team is really nice and pays attention to every detail you may need. A very especial mention to Moo, very kind and attentive. Super cool, we've enjoyed a lot!

My wife and I just finished the 7th stay at Grand Mercure Patong. Like previously I can say with certainty that we will return for more leisure provided by the very nice people working there. From the minute we enter the reception, we are met with kind smiles and sawadee’s🙏 Sita and her crew in the reception are always ready for any inquiry we might have. Mae and the other bellmen are always helpful with our luggage and any other help they can provide. In the restaurant New and her crew remember my coffee preferences and other habits year after year. My wife was especially impressed that the morning nuddle chef (Gus) remembered her nuddle preference. All together it makes us feel ‘at home’ and it gives us exactly the relaxation we come for. My wife and I already talk about when to come back and that we will extend our next stay to be a longer stay. This time we tried the Steak Night, which we absolutely can recommend. For 899 Baht you get all the tender and delicious freshly grilled steak meat you want from various cuts, but also a variety of sushi’s, seafoods, pastas, fruits, cakes and desserts - altogether overwhelming. Eating à la carte can also be recommended. The food is good, fresh and affordable. We also tried The Ryan spa twice. Make sure to give your self the pleasure if you go to Grand Mercure Patong👌😊 I could mention a bunch of more names for the pleasant crew at Grand Mercure - please be rest assured that we remember all of you and that we appreciate all of your efforts to make our stay after stay so pleasent. 🙏 we look forward to see as many of you as possible at our next stay👍😊

友人と2人での宿泊でしたが、プールアクセスができる部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。朝食はメニューが日替わりでとても美味しく、毎朝お腹いっぱいになるまで食べて大満足！パトンビーチやジャンクセイロンも徒歩圏で立地も良く、とても快適な滞在になりました。一つだけ、部屋のお風呂にシャワーカーテン等が無く、2/5幅程を仕切るガラスのパネルがお風呂と洗面所の仕切りとして付いているだけだったので、立ってシャワーを浴びると、お風呂の淵に溜まった水がバスタブの外に流れ出て、バスルームの床がびしょ濡れになり、2日目からはバスタブの中でしゃがんで頭や身体を洗わなければいけない状況でした。構造的な問題なので、シャワーカーテンを付けるなど改善して欲しいと思い、一つだけマイナス評価にさせていただきます。 ありがとうございました。
