Everything at this beautiful hotel was outstanding. The room, the view, the location, the staff, the breakfast. All top class. In a bustling place like Patong, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat, yet it is close to everything. We had high expectations, and they were exceeded by a mile. Absolutely fantastic.

Great place to stay with a family. Great location, rooms are good I can't fault the hotel .. Special mention to Kath . She is extremely professional in her job and looked after us so well as regular Accor customers. If I was the manager I would give her a pay rise. All the staff were great from the guys at the pool to the housekeeping staff. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

I had a great time spending my 5 days vacation in novotel with my family. The bed was comfortable. The view from my room was expectacular, A bit noisy from the road but it was managable. The breakfast choices has a lot of variety. Although the hotel was a bit old but it was properly maintained. Difinitely be back at novotel phuket.

Everything was perfect! Amazing location and rooms, perfect cleaning (thank you Lah), great staff everyone was super friendly, kind and smiling (special thanks to Pang for the ping pong matches) We enjoyed everything! Super recommended

I had a great stay at this hotel! The boxing facilities were excellent, and I really enjoyed my workouts there. The service was friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to relax and stay active.
