６年前と比較して非常によろしくない感じでした。 ＜苦情内容＞ ・部屋のセーフティーBOXは毎日開かない。 ・トイレに水がもれる ・昼間はガキの声がうるさく、夜中は隣の部屋（４２１４）がうるさい。 ＜改善点＞ ・ビュッフェのカレーがうまくない→グリーンカレーがよい ・皿の片付けが早すぎる。。。食事中水とりにいって、皿がなくなっている時があった。 以上

We had a perfect experience from the first moment we met Niinew. We arrived at the hotel to find a room and she helped us, served us in an outstanding way. Lovely stay here, good location for walking to Patong beach, 7/11 convenience stores, (two) transport, shops.Rooms well maintained daily, recommend those with a personal pool area, an asset for stop, rest and refresh. Kids pool area/play was on opposite side, was good for us adults. Kids pools are entertained with music, pool toys and bubbles on 2 occasions. Breakfast plentiful, fresh and lots of variety. All facilities and amenities run by the friendliest people. Special thanks for all the surprises including fresh flowers on arrival.

Since the moment we walked in we were treated extremely well. All staff at this hotel go above and beyond to give everyone the best service possible. My partner and I were simply blown away by how nice and amazing the staff here are. 10/10 for all staff. Special mention to Dew, Ize and Non in the restaurant as the food and service was exceptional and Dew and Ize especially went above and beyond for us and gave us the best service we have ever had. We loved being able to order food and drinks by the pool, we had cocktails throughout every place here and they were all very good. Highly recommend for anyone, families, couples e.g. great location, lots to do in the resort, the pool is the best by a mile and the restaurant has great food and service

We went for dine out at The Square which was at ground level. You always expect the best when the brand is Novotel and it didn't let us down a bit. The ambience, food and management everything was top notch. I would like to specially mention Dew, Ize & Non who were our hosts. They have done a remarkable job to make everything comfortable for us and especially for our infant. It will remain as the most memorable dining night at Phuket.
