Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment. We are sorry that we were not able to convince you with our hotel product & services and our solutions to the challenges you encountered. As already mentioned in the letter accompanying the treatment that we sent to your room after you informed us of the unfortunate circumstance with the safe and the forgotten item of clothing of the last guest, we regret the inconvenience this caused. We had also offered you a move to another executive room. Unfortunately, we have only 2 different executive rooms per floor but only 1 executive room each with the same room layout and therefore we could not offer you the identical layout type on the SAME floor as your traveling son in his executive room. Regarding the breakfast, we would like to mention again that you did not pay for a VEGAN breakfast buffet, but booked the NOVOTEL breakfast buffet, which offers a large selection of vegan options (15 of the over 90 breakfast items are declared as vegan on our buffet), BUT unfortunately we do NOT offer the fried vegetables and mushrooms you vehemently requested. We would therefore like to refrain from saying that our response was in any way rude or derogatory, but was unfortunately only intended to clarify the breakfast structure and services. Once again, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and would be delighted to welcome you back as guests at our hotel with the information provided here. Kind regards Andre Frank /Ass.
