I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel. The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect. The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Ibis Regensburg Zentrum. Every day, we and our staff work hard to ensure that our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay at the globally renowned IBIS STANDARD hotel that you have chosen to book. We regret that this does not seem to have been entirely successful in your case. In fact, for licensing reasons, we at the ibis Regensburg Zentrum are not permitted or able to serve breakfast to guests who are not staying at the hotel. This has nothing to do with a lack of initiative or common sense on the part of our staff, but is simply due to LEGAL REASONS !!! However, ibis guests and their joining non-residents can enjoy the breakfast buffet at the Novotel, located in the same building, for an additional fee, which is what our staff offered you. We regret that you apparently did not want to take advantage of this offer and also that these circumstances had such a negative impact on your otherwise successful stay that it only resulted in an overall rating of 3 stars. 방 컨디션도 좋고 조식도 맛있었음. 다만, 방에 전기포트가 없어서 매우 불편했음. 하루였지만 방 벽에 큰 벌레가 붙어있어서 잡아야 했음. 중앙역까지는 걸어갈 만함.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer therefore your feedback is very important to us, but unfortunately electric kettles are not an ibis standard. If this is a mandatory feature for your stay we would like to recommend our sister hotel the 4 * Novotel in the same building. We like to apologize for the bug in your room but unfortunately this could happen due to the openable windows. For your next stay and if this may happen again please do not hesitate to come to the front office and we will be happy to move you to an other guestroom. Nice hotel easy to find with underground car park. Nice room and a very good breakfast. Leisurely 15 min walk to old town, bars cafes and the Danube Regensburg is well worth a visit. It was a stopover before Budapest. Easy to find and access very good

Nothing really exceptional and nothing really bad. A very pleasant stay with everything operating as it should. Quiet and comfortable. About 15 minutes from the old town and about 10 minutes from the station. Very good breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Stayed at Ibis Regensberg Centre for a single night as a mid-point stopover between Munich and Prague and couldn't have been happier. Hotel looks as if it was only recently opened and is of a very functional design and the entire place is superbly clean throughout. Stayed on a Sunday night and felt like we were literally the only people here including the adjoining Novotel where we ate. Staff were welcoming and room was roomy with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. CBD is a short walk away. Hard to fault anything with this Ibis Hotel and considering the price paid (less than $100AUD!) I would happily recommend.
