This place is completely rigid. They don't allow any changes in your reservation. When you are in a business trip, it happens that you have to short your trip. This hotel forced me to pay the all week even if I have stayed 2 days. At my arrival around 13:30 from oversea, they refused to give me access to my room even if it was available. I had to pay 50 Euro to gain access to sleep. Furthermore, they have blocked the TV HDMI access which I needed for my computer as a second screen. They refused to unlock it. Obviously, customer request and his well being is the last of their concerns.

I stayed for the final 4 nights o f the Oktoberfest and although it’s a 45 minute train ride to Munich. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station and a quarter of the price of an Ibis in Munich st this time. The room was spacious enough, with a decent sized bathroom and the rooms are quiet too. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room, but overall good value for money.

Business trip and we were 3 nights. Alltough all the other things went well and staff is wonderful and kind.

Hotel is fine and beautiful but the service is really slow. Very bad decision to combine reseption and bar, neither works as it should. Shower is also quite small, or not the shower but the door opens inside and it’s like a corner so there is quite little space to go in/out the shower 😂 especially ”bigger” customers.

We stayed here as over for the euros, fantastic hotel spotlessly clean, had breakfast one morning for 18 euro, buffet style breakfast brilliant selection of hot and cold foods all really tasty, even had a make your own waffles 🧇 Only 1 minute walk from train and bus station, so convenient. Staff were really friendly and special thanks to Miriam who helped us check in for our homeward flights and printed our boarding passes, your help was much appreciated 👏

Stayed in this Ibis last weekend and found it to be ideal for our stay, we caught the train from Munich airport and on arrival in Landshut easily found the hotel next to the station, everything about the hotel looked new, was greeted at check in by Lukas who very kindly sorted out some minor issues with our booking and he was very helpful throughout our stay, as was all the staff we encountered, the room was clean and very quiet, the bed was very comfy and breakfast was more than adequate, the hotel is a 20-25 minute walk into town but there is a bus station right next door, will hopefully be back in Landshut in 2025 and will hopefully stay here again. Thanks to all the staff at Ibis.
