Did have a great stay there. The staff is friendly and help on my issue. I drop my wallet at the airport and staff help me to contact the airport. Clean hotel, breakfast good. Nearby mall, and train station.

Dear friends, This hotel really impressed me. It felt like home away from home! The staff are all - each single person whom I met - with a smile, a big heart and kindness to help. I arrived late evening and was really tired after troubles with DB. At the reception a friendly man gave me a plate with butter on my request - sure he said, just a moment. I was very thankful for my bread - my dinner. The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. Next morning at the BF I met Ms. Gabi, again very warm and helpful lady who helped me at the waffle station. The buffet was plenty and everything was fresh - what a delight for my tummy. They have a parking for guest at the back of the hotel. The price for a night was good too. This hotel is located just a few minutes walk behind DB - train station. Near by are bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and shopping too. Easy and close a walk to the city center too. WiFi was great too. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you team for making me feel like a family member.

Clean and decent hotel. The hotel,is a fairly typical Ibis and nothing exceptional and is only a 6 minute walk from the main railway station at Regensburg. from the station, there is a huge mall with many shops and eateries that you can walk through and buy some supplies if wanted to,eat either if going out for the day somewhere or to take back to the hotel. Hugely convenient for both the Mall and the Hotel.

Very friendly and helpful reception, very varied breakfast - everything fresh and made with love - at the breakfast very helpful lady. Rooms smaller, but nothing was missing, for me a better view of the courtyard, where are the rooms quiet. The appearance of today's difficult time of Covid , all at the highest level. Everything is constantly disinfected, non-contact disinfectant gels everywhere. Beautiful Christmas decorations 🎄🎄🎄and especially the atmosphere, thank you very much 😘❤️‍🩹😘

The rooms are what you would expect from an IBIS. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom, which smelled of urine. Visually it appeared clean. The rest of the room was clean. They have a very nice bar and a nice sitting area, which is open all night. We had trouble finding the parking, so I would suggest asking for directions before you get there (we had to run in and ask after circling numerous times). You have to put another street address into the navigator to find it, but once you have this it is easy to find. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the old town, but it is an easy walk. I think that this hotel is great value for money.
