Excellent property and very convenient to beach activities and local shops. Front desk staff Vansh and sid who helped us is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic charm.And everything was so fine.

This is a real five-star hotel! Everything was at the highest level - service, friendly and caring staff, special thanks to Milk for his hospitality, delicious breakfasts with a large selection of dishes (but it didn't change much), a cozy room with a large bed and a spacious bathroom. We chose a room with a mountain view and felt complete privacy and we liked the view. I would like to separately note how well thought out everything is in the room - an air purifier, your own iron, there is a beach bag, even flip-flops. The hotel is 3 minutes from the big and clean beach, there also many places to eat nearby. If we go to Phuket again - we will choose Avista

My family and I stayed here for a few nights and had such a great time from start to finish! The staff were great and accommodating. Nothing was too hard for them and the service was exceptional. Have stayed in the hotel with two children 11 years old for 10 days. The impressions are the best. On points: Hospitality at the highest level (at check-in we were improved the category of the room). The staff is as friendly as possible. They helped us in all questions (a special hello and thanks to Kirill. It is nice that there are Russian-speaking staff). Breakfasts are great. Someone wrote that they are monotonous. I do not agree. The choice of food is excellent. Cleaning quality. Very good location - 5 minutes to Karon beach. Near a lot of cafes and shops, taxi stop. The hotel itself is stylish and beautiful. Once we ordered a dinner from hotel’s restaurant. That was great.

I just recently stayed at Avista Grande, and it was nothing but fantastic. That means getting all the best features for luxury, comfort, and getting service that's just unforgettable. The high service received at the Protosino Restaurant, where the staff was very attentive to detail to make sure all was perfect, such as Sunil and Nilu, was highly commendable. The fact that it is they who make this feeling of being special real-hospitable, efficient, and attentive to every minute detail-is beyond belief. It was superbly designed as a standalone, with elegant interiors and fairly well-maintained facilities. The relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere does its job of setting just the right ambiance on a getaway. Avista Grande is highly recommended for anybody seeking an excellent place to stay in, enjoying good hospitality. A big thank you to the team for making my visit extra special.
