Really friendly, quiet, relaxing and well appointed hotel. Very close to RER station. Great access to Disney, Val D’Europe and central Paris. Wonderful breakfast! My one comment would be to ensure enough mugs and towels for the number of guests in a room (seems to be an issue with Accor hotels in general!!!) - but this was easily rectified at this hotel.

Arrived late at night but got a lovely welcome from reception. Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of choice for breakfast. As we were staying over the Easter weekend the Easter bunny made an appearance in reception and breakfast much to my boy’s delight. The local train station is a couple of minutes walk away and was a direct line to Paris and Disney. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would return.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a trip to Disneyland Paris. Great location for Disney and Val d'Europe but a bit of a strange town overall. Hotel was just very standard, nothing overly special. We found the staff to be quite cold and at time downright rude. I went down to the bar to ask for a cup of tea and the girl on the bar quite clearly wanted to do anything but be working there. Asked for English breakfast and was told they didn't have it. Asked for a menu and was told they didn't have one but subsequently found one which had English breakfast on there. Nothing big but just left me with a bit of a bad taste. Rooms standard - booked a triple with a double and a single bed for our son. Only thing missing was milk in room.

To start off on a good note, the hotel its location is good as its close to Disney. The breakfast is OK and the price is not very high. However, had a really unpleasant stay because of the following: - Uncomfortably hot room. The temperature was at least 25+ degrees during our stay making it hard to stay and sleep in the room. The only solution provided was ‘to open the window’ as they had no cold air because of the season. - The (upgraded-) room lacked the listed amenities through the app, for example the coffee machine and welcome products. - No welcome card or amenity at all for the platinum status. - Housekeeping was sub par. They only replaced the towels and bed linnen, but things like stains in the sink, stickiness on the tables were not cleaned and glasses were not replaced. - Mold in the bathroom, dirty stains in the couch, scruffed walls and furniture; - Bath was leaking and flooding the floor. - On the first night one of the guests in the hotel had smoked cigarettes making the corridor smell awful. The only thing thats been done was to spray perfume instead of searching for the guest that had actually smoked, resulting in the same smell again after two hours, a smell that actually came into our room as well. - Room was situated right in front off the stairs and as the soundproofing was pretty bad, there was a lot of noise disturbance. Most were no isolated incidents as the other room we had booked experienced the same. Again pointed out the problems at check-out. The gentleman was very friendly but no solution provided. All in all, there are way better options for €100+ a night. As a Platinum member I stay in a lot of Accor hotels each year but this is one I’ll avoid for sure.

Incredible, especially for Disneyland

Wow, this hotel is incredible. It had everything we needed for a family holiday to Disneyland Paris. It's location is perfect, it's an easy 2 stops away for Disneyland. The hotel itself is in a lovely area, with lots of great places to eat nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, lots of choice. There is even a games room for the kids. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. Manon was super helpful. They even let us put out food in their fridge and freezer, so we could take pack up everyday. Rooms were great too, lots of space, cleaned everyday with fresh bottled water everyday.
