Pleased with overall experience but the only down side is the pool. Considering it is Darwin, we think shades are really important, especially for the kids. We had dinner at Novotel poolside menu because the menu on google looked great, but when we got there the menu was different.

Disrespectful staff

We booked D. in with our business card, and we accidentally send the wrong photo o. the credit card, it was the old one.... We've booked the accom previously and didn't think it would be a big issue. Unfortunately D. arrived late when no one was in our Office to assist him. When D. arrived, the man that served him was very rude. D. had his booking confirmation o. him, but the man was still disrespectful. In the end, D. had to pay with his personal money. D. preferred your accomodation, but now I D.'t think we should book our clients there anymore.

D. had an outstanding billing from a previous stay that required settlement. Our team did try to reach out to the company for clarification, but we didn’t receive a response. As the outstanding balance exceeded our credit limit, the Front Desk team was only verifying company details to ensure we could proceed correctly. I apologize if this came across as disrespectful, as it was not our intention. I understand the frustration this caused D., D. did not use his card to pay accommodation however the card only use for Bond as hotel policy.. We value your business and are committed to providing a better experience in the future. We arrived to Darwin after an international flight and walked into the room to discover bottles of water, wine and a fruit platter awaiting. A pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and spacious and the washing machine and dryer appreciated. The children loved the pool.
