It is always great to have your check-in handled swiftly after a long day's work. To greeted by a well-prepared room and also to receive a welcome note from the hotel from the hotel room manger, Jagjit, complete with a simple fruit plate made my day! Simple gesture but much appreciated. Breakfast spread was excellent, and I made sure I had a bit of everything local. Overall, an excellent stay and not also forgetting the jasmine green tea and tea pot provided by the hotel during my stay, thanks to the attention of the front desk manager Johar. My best stay yet at Mercure Miri! :)

it was a great stay overall, parking was quick too and easily assessible. The only issue on the parking was during check out morning, they did a maintenance at that time which is usually when people will check out causing a bit of wait.

The swimming pool is dirty. When I was swimming, I can see many undesired things in the water. It is not very pleasant to see alien in the water. This is my third stay in Mercure. The window at 921 has a lot of algae marks. The breakfast is very nice, especially the laksa. Coconut ice cream is delicious.
