Dear Arina Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I am very sorry that your stay did not meet expectations and that several aspects of the room and housekeeping fell far below the standards we aim to deliver. The concerns you raised about dust, unclean surfaces, stained windows, a broken light fixture, towels not being changed and water not being replenished are unacceptable. You should never have had to experience this level of inconsistency, and I sincerely apologise for the discomfort and frustration it caused during your four day stay. I also understand your disappointment regarding the room view not matching what you expected from the online description. We will review this with our distribution partners to ensure accuracy and avoid future misunderstandings. Your comments give us very clear areas to address with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and we will be reviewing each point immediately to prevent this from happening again.
