This is a good hotel. I chose it because its location near the central station is perfect. You can reach the central station by train in 30 minutes from the airport, directly. There are also restaurants around the hotel. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was good.

Greeted with a friendly smile and efficient check in. The room was perfect and the location great! Found a little street two blocks away that had plenty restaurants to find whatever you wanted to eat

This is the first time I’ve been misled by TripAdvisor reviews, and I feel compelled to leave my observations. First, the rooms are not terribly clean: unclean corners/edges, some small bugs crawling in the bathroom when I first arrived, and marks on the walls, . Second, the fitness center was small for the size of the hotel, but could be fine if the equipment was all functioning. In the six nights I was there, only one bike and one treadmill were fully functional. The existence of a fitness center in the hotel is one of the factors I use for selecting a hotel for a longer stay. Third, when I checked in, the staff person incorrectly told me I don’t need to sign up for breakfast beforehand to get a discount because of my membership status. Luckily the error of this information was caught mid week and corrected by the hotel after I took the time to explain to two staffers what happened. Overall, with the number of great hotels in the area, seeing how convenient the tram system is, and what I’m looking for, I would’ve picked a different one with 20/20 hindsight. This is not what I would expect for a four star hotel.

Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which made for a restful stay. I had a balcony room. Although the room itself was small, the balcony made a big difference and added a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel amenities were solid. I used the gym, pool, and sauna—all were well-maintained and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice for business travelers.being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which made for a restful stay. I had a balcony room.
