Had to book this at short notice as got caught for one night with no accommodation. Not a good idea in Sydney as you pay a fortune for dumps like this. Tiny, poorly maintained room with paper-thin walls. Small bathroom with rubbish shower. It’s in a noisy location so don’t expect any peace. The only positive was the reasonably priced breakfast was pretty good! That aside, avoid this hotel. For value for money it’s the worst I’ve EVER had.

The location was so convenient for public transport and varied shopping. Having a microwave was an extra bonus that allowed the flexibility to self cater, though there are multiple choices of cuisine within easy walking distance. Friendly reception staff and cleaners also enhanced our stay. Great that sustainable aspects like “on request” ammenities are in place to reduce waste. If you are a poor sleeper you may notice traffic and environmental noise but that’s city life! We were impressed by the lack of noise detected from neighbouring rooms. Sydney Super Shuttles runs a service from the airport and return with direct delivery that is also highly recommended.

the location of this hotel is amazing. just in front of this hotel is a shopping mal and this hotel is located in the city centre. so easy to go anywhere. the receptionist is very friendly. i came here too early so i cannot checked-in yet, and she allowed me to leave my suitcase here until my check-in time. when i went there, one elevator is under maintenance, but its not a big problem.

This is one of the only hotels i have stayed in and its byfar the best. Breakfast included which was really good. Beds very comfy to point i wish i could of taken it home with me. Shower pressure very good and water felt like it was ran thru a water softener. Food was tasty to especially the kiev from grab and go. I say it deserves way more then 3 stars. Last hotel/motel i stayed in was 4 star and it was no where near as good. The staff were very friendly to. Mind you as a first time in sydney i found almost everyone friendly. Apoligies most my photos are off food some albeit i half ate but it shows how tasty it was. Had kiev twice it was that tasty. The chef and resturant staff were also very nice. One thing they could add tho is possibly a cheese option and maybe vegemite for use on toast/crumpets but they still get 5 stars either way.

Stayed here two nights during a business trip. First night we couldn’t sleep well because of elevator noise next day requested a new room and couldn’t sleep then either because of, elevator noise again. Room was very small bathroom even smaller. TV was very Basic. Reasonable location with pleasant enough staff. Just won’t stay here again because of the noise.
