Recently we was stay in this hotel for the second time the room was so good and comfort the staff was so friendly and the Moroccan manager Zakariyae always help us and choose for us a very good room and we like the shuttle bus to the airport and it was free we love our experience and this hotel became our hotel in dubai

Grand Mercure Dubai have exceeded our expectations. Beautiful Hotel, excellent staff right through from meet and greet, reception, chefs and dining staff, room service staff and a special mention for Rushdy who provided an excellent in room dining experience, thank you. We are very happy being our first visit to Dubai!

The hotel is ideally located, making it convenient for both local and visiting guests. The facilities are well-equipped for business meetings, providing a conducive environment for effective discussions and collaboration. Moreover, the dining options at Grand Mercure are exceptional, offering a variety of delicious meals that cater to different tastes. After a long day of meetings, I also enjoyed the spa facilities, which provided a perfect way to unwind and relax.I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Shawal, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His assistance in addressing our needs and ensuring everything ran smoothly made a significant difference. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Mercure for any business-related travel. The combination of a great location, excellent food, spa amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice.

The breakfast is great. The service is generally good.The cleaning of the rooms and supplies should be improved upon.

Grand mercure has everything that you want for your vacation, The hotel is at very convenient place and near to the Airport. The Hotel is clean and the lobby is very appealing. Food and beverages has good options and excellent promotions. Mr Shawal the manager is so kind and have taken good care of us during our breakfast. The Food in breakfast was delicious and i had Mojito in Huzza pool which was so refreshing. Spa has good promotions and in budget as well. Overall it is very good hotel especially when you want a peaceful place to relax.
