It was my 3rd day to stay in your hotel I was very happy with the service that you given with us especially in executive lounge . They are good enough polite and having good service with us especially Ria who is always there and knows whatever our preferences . To Mrs Andrea , Lavinia and Lakshika. Thanks to all this staff who give me as I am special . I will coming back soon.

The staff were so good,friendly,very clean and accurate in cleaning and they always give a help and always there if needed. They never hasitate to help in anytime. The 2 favorate people are Indika and Sanka house keeper . All the best for them.

Location is perfect,next to city center shopping mall. There is a door inside the hotel thought that you can enter into shopping mall directly. Early check in ,good breakfast and very friendly staffs, special thanks to Liam in reception who was very fast and supportive.

wonderful experience so much so that we extended our stay by three days. breakfast was great and everyone was so kind and welcoming / big thanks to dibya in housekeeping for always keeping our room serviced and clean. thank you! hope to return again soon.

I booked an Executive Room for a reason, and that reason was well met & delivered. The entire staff was excellent, especially in the Executive Club. Lavinia in the Executive Club made me feel as though I had my own personal concierge my entire stay at the Pullman Deira City Center. Lavinia looked after me & insured my stay was top notch.
