Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always smiling, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived from bell desk ayyppan, amor, jun,shasi, adil and sudip gave extremely super service they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, with a great variety that exceeded our expectations. Every meal felt like a treat. The location was also perfect—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area so easy. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We leave with great memories and will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!

Great stay with excellent service! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived from conceige team Ayyappan Amor jun, Adil .The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and easy to get around from. The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. Our stay at Novotel Creekside was super good.. the hotel was cleaned and feel safe..the staffs are super friendly and always ready to help.. They made you feel at ease and welcome. A special mention to Jun and Snow.

I had a great stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The concierge team was especially helpful, going above and beyond to assist with requests and make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to give special recognition to Security Ms. Jun, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel safe and well taken care of at all times. Overall, an excellent experience thanks to the wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Great family stopover option on our trip from New Zealand to UK- staff so friendly and welcoming. Jun and Ayyppan Adil came to our rescue when our transfer to the airport we booked ourselves noshow- nothing was too much trouble and welcome us as a family with two small children- close to airport and metro to get around.
