Dear Valued Guest I’m really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been for you. It's truly unacceptable that you weren’t able to receive any response after trying so many different communication channels. I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and poor customer service you encountered, as this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.
