We had a wonderful time at lbis Hotel Al Riqqa Restaurant.The service was exceptional — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect from start to finish.Kudos to Kayam and team. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was beautifully presented,and full of flavor.Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

mistakenly booked at Ibis Al Riqqa instead of the City Centre location, which is just one additional metro stop away. The mistake actually saved around 100 as it was cheaper. The location is decent, situated near Al Ghurair Mall on Al Riqqa Street, with plenty of restaurants and two major malls nearby ; Al Ghurair and City Centre Deira. The airport is about 10 minutes away by taxi or metro. My check-in experience was below average. I had to wait about 10 minutes to be assisted and another 20 minutes to have my luggage stored. Check-out, however, was quick and smooth.
