Mini luxurious home far from home

We arrived around 10pm and were warmly received by the receptionist. Am sorry but I forgot her name. Check in was fast and we got our room rapidly. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It is luxurious, well decorated and had all amenities. It was like a mini luxurious home far from home. We even had a welcome message and chocolates waiting for us. Thank you Laura. The bed were big and comfortable. Kitchen well equiped and the filtered water dispenser was a big plus. Each room has a TV and the channels provided kept the kids entertained. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with bathtub and shower. We had hot water at each water point. After a long tiring day, we could relax in the bathtub. The pool is situated on the 8th floor and can only be accessed with your room card. The water was warm and the kids had fun swimming. You get towels to use there and you can dispose of them in the towel bin once done. The hotel is attached to a mall, Deira City Centre Mall, which you can access through the parking lot. You can do your shopping there. There is a Carrefour and pratically all the shops that we had in Al Ghurair mall. The restaurants offer different types of food. We had delicious food at Hatam and Gazebo restaurants. You also have Tim Horton's, Dunkin, Krispy Kreme and cafés as well as fast food restaurants. You have a wide variery of choice in fact. Check out was fast. All the staff members we encountered during our stay were smiling and welcoming. Overall a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Disappointing service level and poor attention to detail

Disappointing stay. I used the laundry service but the laundry went missing. When it was located after I'd checked out, I was asked to pay for delivery to my new hotel which of course I refused. When the laundry was eventually delivered, it was transported unprotected and so got damaged en route. An item went missing from my room, the head of security investigated and said he would assist with a police report, when i followed up i was told it was not the hotel's policy to assist with a police report. I requested an invoice for my stay made out to my business name, this did not happen, I followed up with Lavinia Marquez ("VIP AMBASSADOR"), received a response addressed to someone else's name but still not the amended invoice, I then escalated to Accor support, who sent me by mistake a response to someone else's query rather than mine. I am still waiting to this day for the invoice.

We understand the importance of having the correct details, and we have immediately resent the correct invoice to you . Please accept our sincerest apologies for this mistake and the delay in receiving the invoice. With regards to the missing item from your room, we do understand how unsettling such an experience can be. While our hotel policy requires guests to file a police report in case of missing items, we are more than happy to assist with providing any necessary information that may help in the process. We regret if our communication about this policy was not clear and properly conveyed. We are truly sorry that these issues overshadowed your stay with us, as we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our service standards based on your experience. Our stay at Pullman Residences was absolutely seamless and perfect in every way. Every staff member, right from the concierge staff, the security, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff - - literally all of them did their job with all their heart and a smile on their face all the time! We felt as if it was that our own family helping us with things. This is a hallmark which I noticed in my stay at Pullman residences last year and the same this year.. All the toiletries, towels, linen, and everything that needed to be changed on a daily basis was done perfectly, without the need to call for it, or remind your team to come in and do the needful There was generosity of time and commitment towards the clean ship and upkeep of our room, which I truly appreciate and I’m grateful for!’ 15 days at your hotel went away in a breeze and made us leave Pullman with a heavy heart because we were served an impeccable hospitality and kindness that warmed our hearts while we travelled back home to India. A special mention of Ms. Linn Linn who checked us in, Suman ( our housekeeping staff ), Mr Philomeno ( the conceirge) And the security gentleman , whose name I’m unfortunately missing on, who always made things seamless! Thank you to one and all for this experience. The next time I will book this hotel directly with the Pullman reservations, and not through a travel agent

The apartments are Cozy, well equipped and so clean neat tidy and you can feel luxurious at ease! The housekeeping team Tham and Shambhu are absolutely delightful and made our stay the most convenient and comfortable! Love this place and their welcoming staff

Stayed here again after 2018 for a week. Had again an awesome stay. We were total people of 5, so had a two bedroom apartment. Location is perfect as well. Metro and Mall almost within. When ordering careem or uber it was always tricky for them to find it. They always went first to the hotel next door then you have to reguide them. Going to breakfast or to the mall you have to walk always through the garage/parking lot which is very hot, due to the cars parked there. But the staff is the main factor for your stay. All over everyone were pollite, professional and empathic. I need to mention Mr. Liam, Mrs Dinushi and their team. Every request were listened with patience and their solution oriented approach was very helpful. Also Mr Anoop form concierge service was as professional as he was back in 2018. Will defenetly stay here again, maybe there is a solution where we dont have to walk through the garage to avoid the excessive heat.
