Good hotel which is easy to access and close walking distance to South Bank restaurants and convention centre. The staff are fantastic. Easy parking underneath. The rooms are pretty tight but not a big issue as it’s a nice clean, modern hotel. The bar gets very busy in the afternoon and I feel like it was well understaffed but maybe a conference was on. The wifi was incredibly slow to the point that it was unusable. A suitable hotel for solo business travel.

We had a great stay at Novotel Southbank, excellent room, upgraded due to gold status. Welcome drinks, in a lovely welcoming bar area, (which we used regularly during our stay) friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. Special mention to bar and restaurant staff, because we spent a lot of time with them. excellent location, short walk to the Southbank area and the ferries. We would certainly stay again if looking to find a temporary home near the city

The most comfortable bed that I have slept in and the room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. The restaurant food was only very average.

Really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. Definitely on the higher end of Novotel service. The restaurant was fantastic, I ate here 2/5 nights and had breakfast a couple of times also. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful, and the room was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
