I stayed one night on a flight cancellation and it was a very welcome port in a storm. My room was comfortable, the location was excellent, breakfast was delicious and the service was very good. Definitely recommended.

Hotel not living up to its reputation!

I have stayed in many pullman and Mercure hotels across the world and in Australia, but i must say this is the worst! Very basic room, uncomfortable bed, dirty bath/shower stained and well past its use by date. Shower gels etc none have been replenished. Yeah, i know its the city, but i just would like to have a nice shower and somewhere comfy to sleep, this hotel has not lived up to its reputation.

I was part of a group booking for a two night stay as part of our Global leadership conference. The queue to check in went out the door and down the road. No plans were made by the hotel to accommodate a large amount of people to check in at the same time. Got to the room after waiting in line 45 minutes. Had a quick shower to get ready for next event. The body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower were both empty and no soap provided. After the shower called both reception and housekeeping to order these and the phones both rang out after repeated calls. Reception ended up hanging up after every call attempt. The next day when we returned after the conference had finished, it took us 45 minutes to get to our rooms. When I eventually got there, my room key didn’t work so I had to wait another 30 minutes to get back down to reception. A god-awful experience.

A second stay in October 2023 but been staying here on and off in the past few years. Pleasant stay as usual and couldn't fault anything. I'd like to give a special thanks to Alex and Jacquie at the Front Desk for always being so helpful and accommodating and of course to lovely Morgan at the Goldfinch for your outstanding hospitality during breakfast service. You guys are amazing and your great work was appreciated.

Three star hotel at best but with good location

Pretty average 3 star hotel, got a great rate and so stayed here a night Room had no view That’s ok for sure I’ll attach pics of carpet worn to threadbare, cracked chipped sink and more Never Have I left a review or taken pics like this But I’m doing it because it’s pretty shabby to not be upgrading these rooms and charging what they charge So just want people to be aware We ate dinner In the restaurant at night, service so slow, food took ages And wasn’t amazing When I told them they apologized and made sure we would come for breakfast to give them Another Chance, breakfast was ok Oh, and the pool has tiles missing everywhere, so shabby
