If there was an option for a 6 Star, I would select it. A HUGE Thank you to the reception / all Staff for being so friendly, relaxed yet proactive and extremely professional. The rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere are as advertised and meet all expectations. The price of the accommodation proved value compared to other similar properties. We were very impressed and extremely grateful to Nigel the (M on M) General Manager. It is not often that you meet Management and they check on their guests to ensure that they are happy with their stay. Staff energy & attitudes are a huge reflection on its Leadership Team and culture and M on M has definitely set a high bar for other hotels to follow. Thank you Team Mantra on Mary, Brisbane, and Thank you Mantra.

I was staying in Brisbane for longer than I usually do. I was looking to economise on room rate & parking. The Mantra serviced apartments allowed me to achieve this give me a central city location to base myself in. Nice quiet location 5 - 10 minutes' walk from the Queen Street Mall & the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. No shortage of cafes & restaurants nearby. My room was clean & well appointed. City view. Gym & pool available to guests. The room was sufficiently equipped to cook a meal when I wanted to. There are two supermarkets within walking distance of the Mantra. The Mantra has its own parking available at a flat rate. Excellent. The staff I had interaction with treated me with courtesy & respect.

This place is located close to CBD, however, there are lots of constructions going on around it and some roads are closed. The room was nothing special, we were only given 1 face towel for 2 people. It was more expensive than 5 star hotels per night and the parking fee was 35$ per night while nearby hotels charged only 15$. There is no breakfast facility or restaurant in the hotel. Overall too expensive considering it is not 5 star hotel.

July was indeed a peak period in Brisbane due to the Queensland school holidays and the British & Irish Lions rugby event, which occurs only once every four years. These high-demand events significantly impacted accommodation rates across the city, including ours. Regarding our parking, we understand that costs are an important consideration for travellers. While our $35 per night rate may have seemed high, it is actually the lowest available among CBD hotels—many others charge $45 per night. While third-party providers such as Wilson Parking may advertise lower rates, those are generally available only through pre-booking, and drive-in prices are often much higher. We're also sorry to hear you were only provided with one face towel. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we would have gladly rectified this had it been brought to our attention during your stay. Lastly, we were unable to locate your reservation in our system. It's possible your booking may have been under a different name or through a privately managed apartment within our building, in which case services and amenities can vary. Bon appartement hôtel en général, très bien situé. Quartier calme et accessible. Personnel accueillant, serviable et très agréable. Équipement ménager pratique. Bémol, moquette à nettoyer en profondeur. Mettre des prises USB murales.

Hotel met veel verdiepingen. Prima appartement, wat niet dagelijks opgeruimd of schoongemaakt wordt. Eigen wasmachine etc. Eigen keuken, in principe compleet appartement. Verwarmd zwembad, whirpool zou het complimenteren, dat was er helaas niet. Parkeren was drama, vraag dit goed na, kost 35 dollar per nacht maar beperkte ruimte. Personeel ook niet al te vriendelijk. Lokatie is midden in downtown Brisbane
