As a platinum All accor Plus member i booked 3 rooms and was pleasantly surprised to have 2 rooms upgraded to the pool access rooms. Check in was pleasant and efficient. 2 rooms were ready early but 1 was not but that was not an issue for us. I received a call when the room was ready which was appreciated. The room was well appointed and clean and the beds super comfy. Welcome gift of chocolates were delivered to the rooms which was a lovely touch and very appreciated by us all. we spent a lazy afternoon by the pool which was nice. Accor status was recognised with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was the usual spread with a good range of options. The only point to pick here would be that there did not appear to be many GF options. We had snacks and drinks at the bar and also dinner at the restaurant. Dinner was absolutely a highlight. the food was seriously good. I ordered the Pea and Zucchini Risotto with added strachiatella . This was by far the best risotto i have ever had anywhere in the world. Then i had the Tiramisu. OMG! I was in heaven . It was amazing .The others at my table also really enjoyed their meals. Compliments to the chef. The only thing, and this is nothing to do with the hotel, but, 5g signal was practically non existent . The WIFI was fabulous but at times when you need to access banking etc on your mobile and prefer not to use the wifi it was annoying. What really placed the hotel on the next level for me was the care and attention of the team. One of our party had a medical episode just around the corner from the hotel . we went back for water and then went back to ask if they had a defibrillator incase it was needed before the ambulance arrived. One of the team came out with us and stayed until the ambulance arrived and our friend was stabilised. When she was discharged form hospital she was provided the hotel reception managers mobile number to call if she needed anything at all. This was a far cry different experience to one i had at another hotel when both hubby and i ended up with a bad case of gastro. Over all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and should we be back in Brisbane , we will certainly be staying here again.

My wife and I were amongst about 30 passengers from a cancelled Jetstar flight in Gold Coast due to cyclone Alfred. We arrived, by coach, late afternoon on Sunday 9/3/2025. We were drenched and tired. After the coach had left, management informed us that the hotel had suffered a loss of power and could not accommodate us. I am guessing that as a result, the hotel would not get the business from Jetstar for this coach load of passengers. Nevertheless, the management were as kind and as accommodating as could be, offered us place to sit down and free beverages. Eventually arrangement was made and we were transferred to another hotel by coach. Staff even form an umbrella chain in a futile effort to keep us dry as we got on the coach. I would like to offer our gratitude to the staff who were on duty that evening, and to commend them to the hotel management, Jetstar, and Tripadvisor, for providing service to us weary travellers above and beyond their call of duty.

Stayed for 2 days over the Australia day weekend. The room was well equipped and comfortable it is a well located hotel only a few minutes walk from the river. Very friendly and helpful staff and a really good breakfast plus a very welcoming bar

Das Zimmer im Novotel war sauber, grosszügig und modern. Das Hotel ist an einer guten Lage und man ist schnell am Wasser und bei zahlreichen Restaurants. Schade war jedoch, dass unsere mehrere Tage vor der Anreise gestellte Anfrage bezüglich Restaurantempfehlungen zweimal unbeantwortet blieb. Dies obwohl dann im Hotelzimmer via QR-Code ebensolche Empfehlungen abgerufen werden konnten (leider zu spät für eine Reservation).

Nos ha gustado mucho nuestra estancia, hemos disfrutado de la habitación, los servicios del hotel y el increíble desayuno buffet. Todo el personal fue muy amable con nosotros y con nuestros hijos e incluso nos prestaron un balón para poder jugar en el parque cercano. Las camas son super cómodas y mi bebé tuvo cuna en la habitación sin problemas. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
