This hotel is poorly maintained. The main atrium is nice but the rooms very old and musty. Dusty shelves and dirty cups. Says 4 star hotel, but i beg to disagree. Roof top pool not properly maintained. Too dirty and cloudy to swim. Encountered nice staff, but not all were approachable. Great location though. Its just an old hotel building.

The toilet continues to flush the whole time we were there in room 918, we reported it every day over the four nights. The buffet breakfast and cafe restaurant were fabulous. the pool a little chilly. We call maintenance to fix the air conditioner also an found that when they said they could accommodate for 1 extra person in the room there was nowhere for them to sleep so we had to book another room for our stay?

I sincerely apologize that the toilet in your room continued to run throughout your stay, despite your efforts in reporting it each day. This should have been resolved promptly, and I understand how frustrating it must have been. I am also sorry for the inconvenience with the air conditioning, and that the arrangements for accommodating an additional guest were not as expected, ultimately requiring you to book a second room. These are not the standards we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams to ensure improvements are made. Hotel en un sector muy céntrico, cerca de muchas tiendas y lugares que visitar. Personal muy atento. Como detalle negativo, debo destacar el ruido que había en la habitación producto de los ascensores. Recomiendo reservar habitaciones que estén lejos de los ascensores.

Buen hotel por su ubicación. Al lado del centro, zona comercial, paseo del rio, estación de tren... Cerca del recinto ferial, Convention Centre. Desayuno variado y bueno. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.
