Worst Experience in our Travels Ever

The Hotel was very faulty. One lift had not been operating for some weeks the other did not show what floor you were stopping at inside the lift. The pool shown on their website belongs to the hotel next door and accessed through the Mercures lifts (we were not advised this on check in) the bar/food shown on the website does not open at least not early January the pool belonging to the Mercure is very small. If you try and phone the Hotel they do not answer at least on the weekend over a 10 hour period. I left my expensive Hair straighteners in the room. We went to the Hotel 3 times to retrieve and were told they were not there. We then said we would file a complaint with the police for theft as we know they were in the room when we left. They then said they would check one more time and guess what they found them. We got a refund for the second night we were to stay after day 1. This is not 5 star more like a poor 2 star and needs to be revamped which the manager agreed it was overdue. So probably the worst Hotel and help service we have ever been to in at least 40 years. Maybe suitable for a backpackers.

Hemos pasado 3 noches en el hotel y en general la ubicación es muy buena debido a que está céntrica y cerca de la estación , al ser una habitación familiar tiene buenas camas, el desayuno es correcto y el personal de limpieza y recepción son muy amables y atentos, en cambio el hotel necesita renovar las instalaciones sobretodo de las habitaciones y pasillos ya que están muy desgastados por el uso y el paso del tiempo aunque la limpieza es bastante buena dentro de la habitación los exteriores y ventanales con doble acristalamiento están bastante sucios

Buena ubicación y estancia agradable, pero para una estancia de 26 noches se espera al menos un bebida de bienvenida o algo extra que haga sentir al huesped bienvenido y feliz de escogerlos para una estadía tan larga.

Con muy buena ubicación a media cuadra del ayuntamiento y a una de las calles peatonales del centro. La atención del personal es adecuada. Atentos a brindar un buen servicio. La habitación es de buenas dimensiones. El baño es grande. Muy buenas las camas en tamaño y calidad del colchón. El desayuno variado satisface los diferentes gustos. Piscina en el último piso. Recomendable
