Unfortunately, it is not possible to book services on the room bill. The price for the room was already charged to the credit card company on the first day. This means that you pay for the room in advance. The laundry service announced as a 4-hour service turned out to be a 24-hour service. - Good Hotel but far away from 5star.

Very bad service. Incompetent staff, mainly at the front desk. No amenities in the room. Very poor housekeeping. This hotel is bad and deserves no more than 3 stars. Definitely not 5 stars according to internationally recognized rating.

This hotel is very far from being called Pullman. Nobody helps you with the luggage when you arrive. Check-in agent is a trainee with no supervision who does not know how to do it properly. Despite being new hotel rooms are already dated, sofa stained. Bathtub had hairs. Amenities are cheapest Ecolabel, not the ones you will get at Pullmans. No toothbrush or shaving cream or even cotton swabs provided. One coffee sachet per room! Breakfast pretty tasteless. none of the associates ever made eye contact during breakfast. At the checkout I was pestered for providing a good feedback on tripadvisor which is not professional. Again, nobody helped with luggage on departure. Overall, premium price paid for a typical Ibis styles/novotel experience.

Bad room service The cleaning of the tables in the restaurant is very bad Valet parking is a disaster, always late or lost car keys The administration has failed more than five complaints, there is no solution or improvement.

excellent hotel, clean comfortable rooms, modern furnishings, separate bath and shower, excellent pool, sauna, spa and gym facilities. the front desk staff are very helpful, especially Ms. Suchitra who went out of her way to make our stay excellent. We stayed for 10 days so the breakfast choice got boring after a few days but the quality of food was excellent.

The hotel you see in the photos online, is the hotel you'll see when you arrive. The valet parking attendance was present and spoke to me about my car. When I came in, I was addressed. I made my way over to reception, I was greeted, welcome, and in good hands. I was walked through each step of check-in. Every was very polite, professional, kind, and warm. I loved how the lobby looked. There's a hospital connected to the hotel. Each member was very lovely. Housekeeping was very helpful. The kitchen staff and chef did an amazing job with the food. I also had an opportunity to speak with the manager. It was an honor meet him and very served by his staff. I'd love to come back.

Very nice stay overall. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and very attentive. Perfect place for short vacation. Facilities were a bit limited due to COVID but nonetheless it was a very pleasant stay

It was excellent overall, they music everywhere but where very cooperative in shutting it off, Breakfast should be more budgetable. Very helpful, good staff, very courteous, Hassan, Mohamed, Alisher, Sampson, Sirus, and all others, did a great job.
