Perfect Stay in Sharjah

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view looking toward the Cornish. Easily accessible to have an evening walk on the promenade. As a platinum member they offered me a complimentary breakfast while I wait for my room to be ready as I had had arrived early. Breakfast was good with a wide variety to choose from. I was also provided with a large complimentary fruit bowl in my room. The fruits were fresh and sweet and I got to finish them all. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially the reception team that assisted me as well as the other team members as I use to relax at the lobby and see how efficient they were with the guest. My room was always cleaned well on some days a bit late but a good job non the less. Location is great lots of food options behind the hotel only issue is the traffic in the area especially during peak hours. Overall had a great stay and I would return to the property.

Friendly staff, but room condition needs attention

I arrived in early January and the check-in was smooth and friendly, which set a good first impression. Unfortunately, that didn’t quite last. The “warm” welcome turned out to be a room cooled down to about 15 °C. After switching off the otherwise well-working AC, the temperature slowly normalized — but then a strong urine-like odor from the carpet became noticeable, which was hard to ignore. To be fair, the staff was consistently friendly and polite. However, response times were slow: around 20 minutes for requests, despite it not being rush hour and the hotel clearly not fully booked. Small things added up: both TV remote controls barely worked, and the fancy water taps were literally falling apart. Everything still functioned, but it no longer looked or felt well maintained. Overall: good location and nice people, but room condition and maintenance clearly need attention.
