This was my first time to check in Novotel UAE though I have been to Novotel Vizag India. The staff members I found absolutely amazing and supportive. Chef Azad made us feel as if if I was in India. During the RAMADAN period I observed that guests from China are so busy with tour going early morning and they are literally rushing in to finish their breakfast. Many a times the restaurant is packed but this person managed the whole thing with total control. Hope I will visit again with my family.

The view from the level 13th was amazing clean and silent room. Cleaning was always good on time. Breakfast was fine and delicious as continental meal thanks a lot to all the people who are working there for their kindness and professionalism I would like to mention Mr Alex from belldesk/reception sometimes I saw him there also he exceded beyond my expection for the great service Thank you very much

We love staying at this hotel. Stuff is very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are really clean. Food is delicious, Ahlam is very kind, nice lady who is attentive to customers in the restaurant, she always has a smile to welcome you. We recommend this hotel for your vacation in Dubai.

The view from the level 13th was perfect, with the always clean and silent room. Cleaning was always good on time. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was fine and delicios as continemtal meal with fruits, vegetables, omlet and coffee. We ate more times in the restaurant and the waiters were always very kind and helpful. We thanks a lot to Von and all the people who are working here by their helfulness and kindness, also at the Reception. Thank you very much for the stay at Novotel. Attila & Anita from Hungary.
