Fab time. Spa facilities relaxing and chilled. Courtyard nice when the sun was out. Staff including Jacob very attentive and polite. Food spicy but good. Room clean and spacious. Will come back again. Look on Groupon for good deal. Didn’t experience spa treatments

This hotel is an absolute gem that’s right next to the world famous Brands Hatch racing circuit. The hotel decor aligns with the racing theme. Rooms are clean and spacious. Couldn’t fault anything. Restaurant Breakfast is very good, with lots of choices and fresh products. Dinner is 5 star superb!! The new Indian dishes are to die for. The chef Vikram is extremely talented and nothing is too much trouble. We both have a few dietary restrictions and the meals catered for this. Staff at the hotel are fantastic, from check in we were met with Leah who was polite and efficient to check is quickly with a smile. In the restaurant, Jeeva - super calm even when the restaurant is packed never rushed us and was very attentive to our needs. Kat and Jacob make a great team in ensuring food and beverages are spot on. Brook and so many other staff we can’t remember their names make this hotel special. Spa and gym facilities are very. Manager Claire was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our treatments. The jacuzzi and pool were nice and warm. Thank to the senior management team for creating a home from home with extra added touches.

Perfect experience, Jacob’s service is one to look up to, kind, helpful and made our night better. Thank you. 7/5 stars :) The room was also really nice and clean, overall experience was 10/10 the spa was lovely with the jacuzzi being our favourite!

Food was lovely! Service with a smile and waiter Jacob was amazing, recommend butter chicken and was delicious. Facial was amazing lovely and relaxing definitely worth having done and experiencing. Hot tub was lovely and warm and Stem room was spacious

Excellent stay, great facial & massage treatment. Nice bar with great atmosphere & in the restaurant the food was delicious. Staff were amazing especially Katie in the restaurant. Comfy bed & well decorated room. Clean with everything you need.
