Great hotel and location

Decided to take a midweek stay at the hotel and was extremely quiet, which was perfect. The deal on Groupon included a welcome drink, dinner and breakfast. Not forgetting spa access. The free drink could either be a beer or glass of wine. At the bar during the stay was Brian and Danny, with were professional, funny and knowledgeable whilst serving. Brian was hilarious whilst he relived his favourite drink and it's effects. The room was clean and ignore other people's comments about them being outdated. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilets in room 217 were working fine. The view of the room was perfect and the room was the perfect temperature. During dinner service , Louise was very attentive. The lamb was perfectly cooked and would recommend it. The breakfast had plenty of selection and the waiters were more than happy to top up the buffet food. Other great features of the hotel was the brands hatch bar which opened around 5pm. Great photos and memorabilia of racing events/ legends who had use the sports track. The cost of drinks at either of the bars were very reasonable. The late check out ( 1 pm) on the deal was welcomed. The only downside was the pool was being used for a adult excercise lesson between 10-11am. All of the spa equipment was working which included a jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms. The car park is very spacious and the staff were the real bonus of the stay.

positives the check in was easy, lasy at the check in desk was nice. there was enough parking (mid week) the room was big negatives the room wasn't clean, there was urine on the lid of the toilet seat there were chocolate wrappers in the bathroom there were hairs on the bed i wouldn't stay here again.

Having spent the weekend at this hotel for a Travel Agency conference, I can honestly say the staff at this hotel are nothing short of incredible. The GM (Matt) and deputy GM (Sarah) are excellent!! Very attentive and really care to offer a great experience. The Sales and Events Manager (Jackie) is a fantastic person, very fun and down to earth and again, attentive. The Service Manager (Jacob) is amazing at what he does, the service received in the restaurant was outstanding, along with the food! The food over the weekend was lovely! I had the pleasure of meeting the head chef, and I have to say, some of the best food I have ever had at a hotel. The rooms are great, spacious and clean. Leisure facilities are also very, very nice! The location being so close to the race track is great. Its the staff who make this hotel. I was sad to leave and I will be back as soon as possible. Thank you all for making the weekend such an incredible experience.

Stayed here for the BTCC at Brands Hatch. The room was comfortable clean and tidy, but a little dated. The Buffett style breakfast was very good. We had dinner at the restaurant every evening of our stay and the food was amazing, can’t fault it. The service from Jacob was top notch, he couldn’t do enough for us. All staff at reception were very helpful and Amanda was great.The spa facilities were good.g

From the moment we walked in we were very welcomed by staff. Room was clean and comfortable. A very special mention to Brian who greated us on the bar with the warmest of smiles and so professional. When we went for our evening meal, we were again greated by Brian who sat us straight away even asked us if we had any dietary requirements, went thought the menu with use explaining the supplementary charges, was very knowledgeable on everything we asked took our drinks and food order and promptly went to get our drinks. Check up on us once we had our meals which were fantastic. I have never meet such a hardworking and passionate individual and the hotel is lucky to have someone like him working for them. Brian made our stay that much better thank you for all you did for us.
