Excellent service . Reception, spa and restaurant. Nice modern room. Big thank you Jacob for warm welcome and look after me.( Uou are men) Food very tasty and massive portion, breakfast self service buffet. Definitely I'm back soon with my wife.

We booked 15 rooms for our staff Christmas party and they were all clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and check-in was very smooth. They also kindly allowed us to use one of the conference rooms for 30 minutes for our team speeches before we went to our party. Really impressed with the service here. Communication with the hotel to book the rooms was fast too.

Do not come here if you want peace and quiet.

Party in the room next to our hotel room at 2.30am!!!! After an xmas do, the room in 264 decided to throw themselves a party between 12am-2.30am with speakers, singing, banging on walls etc (full of 10 people in a double bedroom which should contain 2 people). We complained 3 times to reception and they did NOTHING. Me and my partner took it upon on ourselves to ask if they could keep the noise down quietly and we was both sworn at and shouted at by the drunk mess of from people apart of a company that had booked to stay there. After the utter disrespect we packed our bags and left at 3am. Partly hotels fault - never told other visitors that there was an xmas do in the common room of the hotel Left the bar open way to late!!!!!!! Will post videos and photos for proof!!!!!

I had a lovely experience in the spa. Beck was wonderful, calm and informative. The massage was incredible! I was able to take my time and wasn’t rushed at all. The afternoon tea was lovely. I would recommend if you’re a tired mum looking for some R&R.

Came with my daughter for a spa and treatment was great and relaxing!. Also fantastic service from Jacob in the evening at the restaurant and bar, made us feel so welcome. would definitely return and recommend to all those thinking of coming.
