The staff were amazing, Stanley Duarte, duty manager what a man, never seen anybody so good at his job, Katie ,louise, Danny, Amy,Violet, Aurelie,Jade, exceptional. Extremely friendly & curtious. Would stay here without hesitation . Home frome home.

Regular stay for me when working away in the Kent area & never disappointed. ( Jacob ) has welcomed me on my last 2 visits in Aug & Sep. Nothing is ever an issue & Front of house staff are always happy to help & fulfill any request. Restaurant is was pleasant as usual. All round great service.

Firstly I think the staff make this hotel what it is. The lady on reception and in the spa could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is great. Very modern, great location, a motorsports fans dream! Only thing that let it down was the jacuzzi not working and breakfast! Very basic, really didn't fit in with everything else in the hotel, which was a big shame Saying that, would happily stay again, but wouldn't pay for breakfast

I rarely post a review but had to take the time to comment on the service I received when visiting this Spa. The lady on the desk, Claire was an absolute pleasure to talk to, even though my treatment had to be changed on the day. Her approach from start to finish was perfection, charming, polite and took the time to explain everything and really did make a difference to the day. Thank you Date of experience: August 2024

This Hotel is lovely. Staff are extremely helpful go out of their way to make thing work for you. Rooms are light in decor very modern and clean. We only stayed one night but would use this Hotel again. Jacob in the restaurant was so helpful and the food was amazing. We loved our very short stay but would book again. Fabulous of course if you Racing for cars and bikes. Overall Great stay. Thank you to all staff there Sept 7th to 8th 2024.
