We're truly sorry to hear that your visit did not meet expectations. We’re particularly concerned about the incident you described during the night. Please rest assured that the safety and security of our guests is our top priority, and we take such matters very seriously. We are currently investigating this further and will be reviewing our overnight security measures to ensure all guests feel safe and comfortable throughout their stay. We also regret that the cleanliness and comfort of your room did not meet our usual standards. This will be addressed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure improvements are made. While we're pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location and found our team to be kind and welcoming, we're genuinely sorry that your overall stay fell short of expectations. We sincerely apologise for the disturbance you experienced due to noise from neighbouring rooms, as well as the maintenance issues you encountered with the bathroom door. These are certainly not the standards we aim to uphold, and we will be addressing both concerns with our maintenance and housekeeping teams as a priority.
