Excelente localização, excelente atendimento, excelente café da manhã

O check-in foi bem demorado, mas isso foi em função do volume de pessoas que chegaram juntas! Passei praticamente 1 semana no hotel e recomendo demais. Atendimento sempre atencioso e cordial! Limpeza dos quartos de maneira absolutamente impecável. Ar condicionado com manutenção em dia. Enfim, tive uma boa experiência e recomendo aos demais viajantes! Detalhe para o café da manhã que é repleto de opções de frios entre eles: peito de peru, presunto, mussarela, queijo minas fresco; pães, bolos, frutas, sucos, enfim, muito genoroso! O banheiro possui shampoo, porém não possui toalha de rosto, fica aqui a sugestão.

O Hotel simplesmente não condiz em nada com o padrão All Accor, desde a parte de reserva até o fim da minha estadia que foram de duas diárias as experiências foram péssimas. 1 - Iniciando com o check in online, fiz e ao chegar no local precisei passar todos os meus dados novamente. 2 - Não disponibilizam mais de um cartão para acesso aos quartos, não preciso nem dizer porque isso é péssimo ne. 3 - Incrivelmente fui informado ao solicitar que o hotel não fornece toalha de rosto, tenho que rir pra não chorar. 4 - O quarto possui apenas uma lixeira no banheiro. 5 - Não fornecem um copo sequer. 6 - Além de não possuir toalha de rosto e mesmo solicitando me foi negada, não tinha edredom, quando solicitei recebi um edredom totalmente molhado. 7 - O quarto é extremamente barulhento e a saída de ar do banheiro não funciona. 8 - Eles já sabiam que no final de semana o hotel ia ter super lotação e apenas uma pessoa ficou responsável pelo atendimento, causando fila enorme e grande tempo de espera. 9 - A cordialidade dos funcionários não existe, ficou parecendo que estavam me fazendo um favor por eu estar ali me hospedando. 10 - A única coisa que salvou por estar dentro do padrão All Accor foi o café da manhã. Quem lê estes comentários deve pensar que sou um cara chato, pelo contrário, sou muito tranquilo, mas o que vi e vivi nestas duas diárias no hotel foi bizarro! Nunca mais me hospedo se precisar voltar a cidade.

The Ibis Styles was a great surprise - I never expected to find such a nice new hotel in the relatively unknown city of Itauna. Fist of all the parking garage within the building with direct access to the room floors is very handy. The check-in was super-friendly and efficient. And my room was cozy and the bed was for Brazilian standard extremely comfy, which guaranteed a restful sleep. Breakfast was also very good. I can fully recommend this hotel for everybody, who is in this area.

Nice calm location and very nice attendance. Close to the big Avenue were you can find any kind of foot and entertainment. All of the people had a very nice and friendly attendance. The biggest advantage its that is far away from the train.

Will suit those who like living on building sites

This hotel is brand new, so new in fact, that parts are unfinished and still under construction! Staff tried their best and were friendly and enthusiastic (especially kitchen staff at breakfast), but the hotel itself was a mess. From very poor workmanship in the recently built rooms - who wants uneven flooring in their room? And an ill-thought-out room layout means there's no where sensible to hang a towel in the bathroom. For a new hotel, there's absolutely no excuse for not enough plug sockets near the bed to charge your phone + watch! On top of this, one of the lifts was not working, and there was an awful smell of construction dust in the corridors. Next time I'll try somewhere else in Itaúna.
