Exceptional service from both Thiago's, Otavio, Anna and the team at the front desk, and from Leticia and the team in the restaurant. Good value. Great sauna and pool area. Everything clean and professional. Really nice sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Etc!

Well located hotel - adjacent to extensive shopping mall- with good breakfast & great service , particularly at the reception. Rooms are well apoinyed with a nice restaurant in the hotel for evening meals. A good experience overall - thanks

Ana Luuisa Asantos is a special lady who create golden memories. She is able to speak with us in English and translate for us. It is the best hotel and service excellence. This is a top hotel in Belo Horizonte. I always stay here when visiting my family. The staff is always friendly and efficient, rooms are comfortable, and the food the best. A big shout out to Luisa at the hotel restaurant. I was ill for a couple of days and she went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Obrigada!

Always the best hotel in BH

As always this was was an excellent experience. The staff is what makes this hotel! It is situated in a great location with easy access to transportation and great restaurants within walking distance. Very secure with no issues. The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. Hot water and AC. Quiet sleep. The Santa Fe breakfast is the best I have had in a hotel. The staff at the restaurant was always welcoming and they will make anything you want. Overall, I would rank the experience as a 10!
