A friend and I had a beer at the hotel one night after a meeting and the beer was great, I loved the Brazilian craft style of beer and Bernard was nice and friendly, I was just teaching him how to serve a beer London style haha

Up to now, for sure one of the best hotels of All Group. One of the strongest qualities: efficient, kind and friendly staff, especially at the lobby and restaurant. The quality of food of the restaurant Nuúu is excellent, with quite reasonable prices. Special thanks to Givan Prado, for sure one of the key persons, who makes great the experience of each stay!

I am a Platinum member and thus loyal to the Accor brand. I was here on a business trip and the booking was made by the company. I am aware that when the booking is made by a travel agency that I am not entitled to points, to a stay that "counts" but in all my years as a loyal member I have always been given a differentiated treatment: a welcome drink, a welcome gift (chocolate), and a handwritten note saying thank you. These little perks make me continue to select Accor as my hotel chain of choice. During this stay I was told that because it was a corporate rate that my status meant nothing. That being a Platinum member was worthless... Considering that a beer costs R$ 4 in Brazil, refusing to give a loyal member a R$ 4 beer is a terrible marketing case...

The hotel is new,very very clean with spacious bathroom.Breakfast is full of fresh juice and local flavour-better try doce de leite（like French crepe）-suggest to try both sweet and salty treat.so tasty!and there are also lots of restaurants nearby where u can find cuisine from all of the world.But the most amazing part of this hotel is the family-like front desk staffs:they are so enthusiastic to introduce the hotel facility and local cuisine.U can feel how deeply they love the hotel,the city,and the communication with customer.Not only to me,they are also very kind to greet with every customer.Their warm welcome urged me to remember their name Isabela, santiago, Emanuelle, Lilian.Especially angle like beautiful Isabela--her sun shine smile would be my core memory of this scenic city and fabulous hotel.I had many chance to stay in novotel hotel in past 30years due to work and leisure all of the world.And this novotel could rank one of the top-in terms of room condition,kindness of staff and exquisitely served breakfast and dinner.
