سبب تحربتي السيئة هو بعد التحاقي بالغرفة ليلا وجدت بعد نصف ساعة أن ضوء الحمام لا يشتغل فلما طالبت عبر هاتف الغرفة الاستقبال بتغييرها رفض طلبي بدعوى أنه يجب علي القيام بفحص شامل للغرفة بمجرد الدخول إليها...وهنا أسألكم كسلسلة فنادق تحترم نفسها كيف لزبون قطع أكثر من 700 km ويبحث عن الراحة أن يقوم بفحص شامل للغرفة !!!!!!

There is no service! Due my direct payment I claimed the staff to send me an invoice to email. It was ignored. I asked two times - after check in and on check out. Overall, I sent an email to provide that. I phoned twice - nobody picked up. Just spent my time and roaming money . Does it look like my money owned by staff?

This is was my second stay at Ibis Abdelmoumen. Front desk and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. The room was very clean and had street view. The value of the price paid was very reasonable. I don’t agree with people who gives out 1 Star review because of the parking situation. What about everything else about the hotel? This is a small hotel in a busy district of the city. To me as long as the employees are friendly and the room is clean, that’s everything. Keep up the good work guys! See you next year. Morocco Strong!

Don’t book it if you have a car

I had a really bad experience with the parking after I finish my duty at later time I could not find a parking for my car they told me to find a parking outside which was horrible to go and look for parking in the street at late time was unsafe

Worst hotel in the world parking serious issue.

The worst hotel we never see how they are asking the client to go around the city to look for parking we was forced to leave our vehicle in the middle of the street we advise don’t go to this hotel if you have car you might being all night awake wondering about your vehicle how such hotel such brand have no valet really shame worst hotel don’t book there you will not be a hotel client you will be only by pass someone.
