Great Stay, Excellent For Business

Great property and excellent staff service. Was on the 34th floor with beautiful view of Melbourne. Great in-room amenities and is a modern well designed property. Rooms are bit more on the smaller side but as I was here for business most of time was spent outside. Room service and breakfast downstairs was great. Good wait staff and delicious spread. Quite literally a 2 min walk from Melbourne Central and all the eateries. Never really stay at Accor but will return as the property was nice. I am now a Gold member and looking forward to my upcoming stays with this property!

The minute we walked in we wished we hadn't gone there! It was too much like a hostel. The rooms were tiny, 1 chair and it was all dark and uninviting. We were booked for 6 nights but left after 1 night! I would not recommend unless you were a student or someone who wanted a room just to sleep in.

Amzing!! This hotel is the place to stay. The staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive, and the prices are fair for the excellent quality offered. The cleanliness and upkeep are outstanding, reflecting their dedication to a top-tier experience. We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end. Perfect for families, as the environment is friendly and secure. Conveniently located near the market, making shopping and dining easy. The rooms were immaculate, amenities were extensive, and the service overall was remarkable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Don't like being lied to!

This hotel has been my go-to for the last few years as we visit Melbourne frequently and it's consistently great. As being Accor Gold I have always get an upgrade subject to space. I checked in recently as was told an upgrade wasn't available due to the hotel being so full and that's all good as I believed it was genuine. Upon looking at the hotel website along with others, when trying to book multiple rooms it seems they have quite a few rooms available. Very disappointing and it's things like this that really make you lose faith in a property. We will certainly think again before booking this hotel. As mentioned it's a great hotel in an excellent location and we have had really good stays previously but just don't need to be lied to by staff...not good form at all!!

Great Stay

Pretty good stay. Staff were really friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Room itself is quite small. It has the amenities but not a work table. Hence if you need to work on your laptop etc, it might be an inconvenient. Air-con heater worked well in the winter. So was the hot shower. The shower cubicle was of a good size. TV channels were a bit disappointing. Not much choices to choose from. Breakfast was simple but adequate. It was great that they served tea by the pot, except for my last day. Staff forgot about it i assume. I just went for water instead. He seemed busy. Mini fridge was cold which made it great to keep drinks chilled. Quite a small gym but it had what is needed for an awesome workout.
