This is supposed to be a Novotel but it is attached to a cheaper IBIS. Looking at the room your paying more for the name as the rooms are almost the same except for pictures. Fantastic location with many many places to eat and drink or have a coffee or breakfast. Staff service very good. Rooms were clean and large enough. It's the little things that lower the quality of this as a Novotel. The bar fridge is limited and is the space to hang cloths. There is no sanitary packs in the bathroom a major problem for women. Also no toothbrushes, combs etc the little touches that I have found in other Novotel here and overseas. Gym quite good and the food at Pretty Boy is exceptional. Give the bar a miss as its cramped, noisey and expensive. Too many high chairs to get comfortable and the music makes conversation difficult.

Would stay again if I was in Melbourne

Close to major shopping and very relaxing and quiet location. Public transport is within short walking distance and is in free transit area. On-site restaurants are very popular and can get a bit crowded best to get in early. Overall value for money and friendly staff and service

When we arrived, we were greeted by Franco and he made us feel very welcome. He personally delivered our stuff to our room ( which was upgraded by the way being an Accor Plus member). Location is awesome (short walk to shopping, restaurants, tram stations ). Room size is adequate, tidy, water pressure is good and I can truly recommend this hotel if you visit Melbourne. We regretted that we only stayed 2 nights because we have pre booked other hotels in Melbourne. Breakfast is simple but good and I really like that we can make our own smoothies. I’ll definitely stay again when I come to Melbourne again.

Stayed here for 4 nites and can honestly say that staff are amazing. Starting from concierge to restaurant staff (Apple is an amazing chef, Manny as well, Rest Mgr Varan - I possibly misspelled his name, sry for that) have truly added to a wonderful experience. This hotel offers the perfect fit for a stay in the city center. All shops, restaurants close by. If I return I will stay here again! Great service! Well done!

El hotel está bien ubicado, es comodo, agradable, no se escucha ningún ruido del exterior, las vistas de la ciudad son bonitas. El desayuno es variado con diversas opciones. El restaurante Pretty boy, italiano, debería tener mas opciones de pastas, tiene dos platos de pastas exquisitos. El personal es amable. Solo deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones, es muy superficial y se podría ventilar de alguna forma las habitaciones.
