We apologize for the issues with room service, towel racks, and shower gel replenishment. Regarding the cleaning policy, we do inform guests at check-in that rooms are serviced every 3 days, but we are happy to provide daily fresh towels or supplies upon request. We also regret the issues you faced with the elevator and welcome drink, and we’ll make sure to address them with our team.
