Dear guest, I thank you for taking the time to post this review following your stay. We are sorry to read that the room and category you booked did not meet your expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We would like to highlight that the last night of your stay was not charged, as the cancellation policy allowed for it and the cancellation was made within the required timeframe. Regarding the breakfast, we are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. It is usually highly appreciated by our guests for its wide variety of fresh and locally sourced products. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are officially certified with the Green Key label, following rigorous audits of our purchasing policy. Our breakfast includes fresh fruit juices, local cheeses, made-to-order omelets and eggs, freshly baked pastries prepared by our pastry chef (such as tarts, muffins, and cakes), French viennoiseries, organic yogurts, organic cereals, and a healthy corner with chia seeds, almonds, oats, coconut, and more. We sincerely regret that we did not fulfill your desire for a memorable experience at La Cour des Consuls. Please know that your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to continue improving our services. Dear guest, I thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at La Cour des Consuls. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. Regarding your comments about breakfast, we would like to clarify that our buffet offers a variety of freshly cut fruits, including grapefruit, apples, mandarins, bananas, and more, as well as whole fruits. We aim to provide a rich and diverse selection, and we regret that this was not your impression during your visit. The breakfast room, designed in a British lounge style, includes both low, comfortable sofas and higher tables with chairs to accommodate different seating preferences. We strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere and apologize if this did not suit your expectations. Concerning the issues raised about your room, we would like to clarify that the marks you observed in the shower area were caused by a lifted siphon plate, revealing deposits formed by water accumulation. We regret this oversight and sincerely apologize for it. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered compensation, which you accepted, and we apologize if this did not fully meet your expectations. We are truly sorry that you did not appreciate the style of our décor, which is designed to reflect the elegance and charm of our historic property. Dear guest, I thank you for your review regarding your stay at La Cour des Consuls. I'm sorry to read that the experience didn't answer your expectations. I can assure you that I avec shared your comments with my team in order to better understand your insatisfaction. I would like to inform you that we never guarantee adjoining rooms, but we did ensure that the rooms assigned to you were on the same floor, as per your explicit request. Our 32 rooms boutique hotel offer different types of categories and rooms and with the hotel fully booked and the upgrade of category requested during your stay, unfortunately it was not possible to answer positively to your kind request. Regarding the breakfast buffet hours, our staff is on-site from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and the buffet opens precisely at 6:45 AM. It is consistently restocked throughout the morning to ensure that all guests can enjoy it at their convenience. I am sorry to hear that the information provided to you over the phone did not meet your expectations. I will make sure to share your comments with our entire team, as we are always striving to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and regain your trust.
