it is always very good service there. I got nice rooms, The hotel is closed to the railway station - like 10 minutes walk , I got a welcome drink. It is nice to have a weekend break in Wroclaw. It would be nice to go back there.

Apesar de ficar no Ibis ficamos o hotel é maravilhoso. Staff simpático. Quarto quente e confortável. WC muito prático e com boa pressão da água e bem quentinha. Hotel muito limpo e com boas práticas covid. O pequeno almoço foi maravilhoso mas mesmo muito bom.. Ter a opção para fazer o meu próprio sumo foi maravilhoso. Fiquei no novotel de warsaw Centrum e foi uma desilusão.... O pequeno almoço era tão diferente e tão fraco. Quero dar os parabéns à equipa do ibis / novotel de wroclaw e à administração que gere este hotel por apostarem na qualidade deste hotel. Voltarei seguramente

Excellent stay

We had one night at the Ibis Wroclaw Centrum. The room was a classic Ibis room and very clean, quiet and comfortable as we have come to expect from the Ibis brand. We had breakfast included in our price, but were leaving before the allotted time to catch an early train. I had assumed we would forfeit breakfast in this case, but we were provided with an excellent pack up breakfast to take away with us. We were very impressed!

good hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, good corona-virus related management. it shares the building with Novotel hotel. Paid but not secured parking, you first need to enter the parking lot and then pass the ticket to reception to pay. Wi-Fi was not working in the nigh of arrival, but all was ok in morning.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the Xmas markets, lovely hotel, very clean, pleasant staff, good breakfast, and the tram stops right outside, there is a nice bar and restaurant in the Novotel hotel which shares the same building.

- Nice room (very good bedding, beautiful decoration) - Very well located (near the old town, tram just in front of the hotel) - breakfast garnished with a lot of choice (sweet and salty). Szarlotka is a really nice Polish desert.

Everything was perfect, as always in this hotel! It is very nice, clean hotel. Little bit outside of City Centre which is really nice as you can take a walk to Old Town. Train station is not far away and you have a lot of pubs and restaurants near the railroad tracks.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was exactly what an Ibis hotel should be. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Didn't interact with staff much, but the lady at check in was very professional. Only complaint is that breakfast wasn't great. I only ate breakfast once since the quality of food and small very crowded breakfast room was unpleasant.

hotel near railway and bus stations (about 10 minutes on foot). The staff of the hotel is really nice, attentive, helpful. Room conforms to the standard of this chain of hotels, room and bathroom amenities are modern. Room and sanitary facilities including bathroom cleanly tidy. The center of the old historic town is a 15-20 minute walk away. The city itself is very pleasant.

Lovely stay

We stayed with our family. It was a lovely stay. Clean room, good breakfast, except not much options for milk alergie person. We had to choose bar in Novotel, which was quit expensive, because there was almost nothing in Ibis bar. The value for money was good.

Stayed at this hotel during a short visit. The hotel is in a good location, in a quiet area, within a short walk of the old town. The room was clean, had plenty of space, working air conditioning. A fridge would have been useful to have. Good wi-fiThe staff were very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. Would recommend

The service and staff was the best what awaited us at the hotel. Accommodation was okay (the GAME room is worth recommending - will set you back to 90ties). Positively surprised by the breakfast (REAL coffee, great apple pie).

Another great stay in Ibis Wroclaw Centrum

This has been my second stay in this hotel and again I was very pleasantly surprised with the range of attractions offered on that day (magician). The staff were genuinely friendly and extremely helpful, especially Dominika from the reception and the gentleman overseeing the breakfast room in the morning. The hotel has all necessary amenities and the rooms were very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly come back during my next trip to Wroclaw. A big thank you to the staff for their exceptional customer service, welcoming smile and their readiness to help with any queries.

Modern rooms close to the center

Positioned at a walking distance (if you are not too lazy) to the historical center. Very clean rooms and nice employees. The only downside is the parking lot. It is a outdoor parking and quite distant to the entrance to the hotel, so either you park and go uphill with your luggage or park at the hotel entrance, leave the parking lot, go around the block and enter the lot again. But very nice experience overall.
