Μετρια βαθμολογια λογω δωματιου κυριως. Πολυ μικρο δωματιο για 4μελη οικογενεια. Οριακα στριβαμε εκει μεσα. Επισης πολυ αρνητικο οτι το δωματιο δεν αςεριζοταν απο πουθενα. Το παραθυρο δεν ανοιγε και ο μονος αερισμος ηταν οση ωρα καθαριζανε το δωματιο να αφηνουν ανοιχτη την πορτα του δωματιου για να παιρνει λιγο αερα απο τον διαδρομο(!!!!!!!). Επισης αρνητικο η διαδικασια του check in. Ουρα τουλαχιστον 15 ατομων και μονο 2 υπαλληλοι για να εξυπηρετουν. Περιμεναμε πανω απο μισαωρο για να μπουμε στο δωματιο. Γενικα το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο, πολυ καλο πρωινο και ωραιο μπαρ στο λομπι.

E’ vero che nelle grandi città il concetto di “centro” è piuttosto allargato ma, in questo caso, aggiungere “Centrum” al nome dell’hotel è abbastanza tirato per i capelli. Da qui a Rynek 15/20 minuti a piedi, dipende dal passo e dal tempo. Hotel complessivamente buono, camere molto silenziose, batgno piccolo, aria condizionata efficace. Letti singoli, invece, leggermente stretti rispetto a come dovrebbero essere ma soprattutto con materassi troppo morbidi, insomma si tende ad affondare. Spazi comuni ampi ed accoglienti, colazione validissima, prevalenza del salato (come è giusto che sia nell’Europa del Nord) rispetto al dolce, caffè Segafredo buono (finalmente!). Tariffe, a mio avviso, troppo alte in rapporto all’hotel. Ristorante “Novo” disastroso, assolutamente da evitare. La prima sera, dopo il volo, un giro in città, un caldo micidiale, decidiamo di sederci qui. Con la sala mezza vuota ci fanno sedere (siamo in 2) in un micro tavolino dietro una colonna, un mezzo castigo. Buoni 15/20 minuti prima di prendere l’ordinazione. Salmone con patate e falafel con i vegetali. Passa molto più di mezz’ora ed arrivano i piatti. Salmone e patate crudi, un piatto di verdure (non ho capito crude o bollite perché non l’ho toccato) senza falafel. Lasciamo tutto lì, chiamiamo il cameriere facendo presente la situazione, ci alziamo e chiediamo il conto. Devo dire che non abbiamo pagato nulla, neanche le due birre che nel frattempo avevamo consumato. Non so che dire, una serata storta capita a tutti. Tuttavia penso che il problema principale è che non avessero i falafel e che, per rimediare, abbiano fatto un casino. Perché non parlare chiaramente?

Boa localização, a 1min do transporte publico para o centro e com bons acessos e lugar de estacionamento grátis nas imediações. Muito bom pequeno almoço. Funcionários simpaticos. Para quem fique mais que uma noite, convem avisar que pretendem limpeza no quarto, caso contrário só o fazem no final da estadia, devido às restrições covid. Tem local para crianças muito interessante junto à receção.
