We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the spacious and clean room, as well as the comfort of the bed. We also thank you for pointing out the aspects that could be improved, such as the pillow and the shower spray — your feedback is very valuable to us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the one elevator being out of service during one day of your stay. The technical issue itself was resolved immediately; however, we were required to wait for a mandatory technical inspection by an external service provider before the elevators could be put back into operation.
