Το μόνο που μας άρεσε ήταν η τοποθεσία κοντά με τα πόδια στην παλιά πόλι και στα αξιοθέατα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό αλλά υπήρχε ένα πόλι σημαντικό πρόβλημα το παράθυρο δεν ανήγε και δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα καθόδου αερισμού κάτι που μας προκάλεσε πόλι δυσάρεστη αίσθηση κατά την διαμονή μας. Επίσης η εξυπηρέτηση στη ρεσεψιόν δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετική σε κάποιες ερώτησης μας δεν καταλάβαμε καλά τα Αγγλικά και η υπάλληλη αντιδρούσαν με ακατάλληλο τρόπο και να γελάνε ειρωνικά μεταξύ τους. Τα μαξιλάρια πόλι μικρά η πετσέτες χαλιά χιάζετε βελτίωση όσο στην εξυπηρέτηση όσο και στης παροχές του δωμάτιου Το πρωινό μέτριο με λίγες επιλογές. Επίσης μας έστειλαν μήνυμα μια ημέρα πριν να αναχωρήσουμε να τους βάλουμε βαθμολογία 9 η 10 και αν έχουμε κάποιο παράπονο να το αναφέρουμε στην ρεσεψιόν και όχι να αφήσουμε κάποιο αρνητικό σχόλιο με χαμηλή βαθμολογία.

We’re glad you appreciated our location close to the old town, but we’re truly sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how uncomfortable it must have been not to have proper ventilation in the room. Please be assured that window replacement is part of our upcoming property modernization plan. Until then, we have a fully functioning central air circulation system, and we did not receive any information from you during your stay that it was not working properly. This may have been the result of a lack of clear communication, for which we sincerely apologize. Regarding the inappropriate reaction you described at the reception, this is absolutely not the level of service we strive for. We will address this with our team immediately to ensure respectful and professional communication at all times. As for the pillows and towels, they comply with the global ibis brand standards, and we apologize that they did not meet your personal expectations. Your comments about breakfast variety are also noted and will help us improve. Finally, regarding the message you received before departure: we share such information because we always aim to resolve any concerns during the stay and ensure maximum comfort— not to learn about problems only after departure, as happened in this case. Fiz minha primeira viagem à Polônia em outubro de 2025, e uma das cidades que escolhi conhecer foi Wrocław. Fiquei hospedada no Ibis Wrocław Centrum e tive uma excelente experiência. O hotel é muito bonito, com quartos amplos, limpos e uma decoração encantadora. A equipe da recepção é simpática e prestativa, e o café da manhã é delicioso e variado. Não há necessidade de usar Uber ou táxi para chegar ao hotel, pois há uma parada de tramway próxima, o que facilita o deslocamento até os principais pontos turísticos da cidade e à estação de trem Wrocław Główny. Eu realmente recomendo este hotel!
