Приехали в отель семьей 5 чел с багажом. В 12 часов )) На ресепшен дама неспешно беседовала с другим работником отеля, не обращая никакого внимания на нашу скромную, но оч заметную компания, продолжалось все это более 10 минут, пока наконец пани решила все-таки уделить и нам время. Первое что мы услышали, заселение в 15.00, ни здравствуйте, ни извините, что не смогла обратить на вас внимание)) конечно, мы знали, что заселение в 15.00 и просто хотели оставить багаж и заплатить за два наших номера, но это оказалась задача со звездочкой, дама была оч не любезна, английским владела слабо. Кое как разобравшись, она все же сделала нам одолжение и приняла оплату за отель и разрешила разместить багаж в багажной комнате. Такого сервиса на ресепшин мы никогда не встречали в сети отелей Ибис, ни в Барселоне, ни в Варшаве, ни в Кракове, а мы очень давно пользуемся отелями этой сети. И именно поэтому я уверена, что эта дама на ресепшен недоразумение, которое в конечном итоге, не смогло испортить нам как всегда прекрасное впечатление от отеля. Чистота, вкусный разнообразный завтрак, прекрасное лобби, отличное расположение.

Hôtel basique, mais confortable offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires. Ma chambre était très spacieuse, la literie confortable, la salle de bain fonctionnelle et tout était propre. L'hôtel est toutefois situé un peu loin du centre-ville (comptez au moins 20 minutes pour rejoindre Rynek à pied) et les alentours sont un peu bruyants.
