Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at ibis budget Wrocław Południe. We are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. In particular, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant smell in the room and towels, as well as the condition of the shower tray. These issues are not in line with the standard we expect from our housekeeping team, and we will address them with the relevant department. We are also sorry that the bed was not comfortable for you. We understand that the firmness of a mattress is a very individual matter, although we regret that it affected your comfort. Regarding the noise, quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00 are indeed expected to be respected by our guests. We are sorry that the noise outside disturbed your rest. In such situations, our reception is available 24 hours a day and can intervene when guests are disturbing others. We also regret that you did not feel the price reflected the value of your stay.
