We’re truly sorry that your stay in Novotel Wrocław City did not meet your expectations and that you experienced noise disturbances at night. We regret that we could not locate any record of a noise complaint at the reception, as we always aim to resolve such issues quickly—whether by addressing the disturbance or by offering help or even room change. Regarding your room, we’d like to clarify that our Novotel Wrocław City meets 3-star standards. The nearby Ibis Budget, which operates as a combo partner with us, is an economy, 1-star hotel with smaller rooms. If spaciousness is a priority, the Novotel is designed to offer more space and comfort. Nevertheless, Ibis Budget also enjoys positive feedback and a loyal guest base due to its own strengths, including efficiency and value for money. We are also concerned by your comparison of the room to a prison cell and would appreciate further details so we can review and improve our accommodations.
