Dear Mr. Henk, Thank you for sharing your impressions of your recent stay with us. We are very pleased that you appreciated our central location and the overall comfort of your visit. We understand your concern regarding the parking rate. Please allow us to clarify that the parking facility is not owned by our hotel – it is a shared space with the adjoining shopping gallery. As such, we are subject to the rental and maintenance costs of this external provider, and unfortunately, we are not able to reduce these fees for our Guests. The prices applied reflect the standard rates for centrally located parking facilities in large cities such as Wroclaw. We always aim to be transparent with this information so that our guests can make the choice that best suits their needs. We do hope, however, that this aspect did not overshadow your overall experience and that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Mercure Wroclaw Center in the future.
