We are extremely pleased to hear that our hotel, as well as its location, met your expectations, especially since you have visited Wrocław before, but only now decided to stay with us. Indeed, our location in the Old Town is a huge advantage, which allows quick access to many key attractions of Wrocław. We are pleased that our cooperation with Galeria Dominikańska, providing parking in the immediate vicinity, was an additional convenience for you. We are especially pleased with your appreciation of our staff - at the reception, restaurant and cleaning team. Every day we make every effort to make every guest feel welcome and cared for, so it is nice to hear that our service contributed to the positive reception of your stay. We would also like to thank you for appreciating our buffet breakfast. We try to make our offer varied and meet the expectations of all our guests, regardless of their culinary preferences. Dear Mr. Peter, thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. I am glad that the location of our hotel suited your plans of sightseeing beautiful Wroclaw city and the accommodation at one of our newly refurbished rooms was comfortable. It is also nice to read that our breakfasts could be a positive start of your day. Regarding the question about room upgrades and welcome drinks - according the loyalty program standards only the loyalty card holders are entitled to a room upgrade and a welcome drink. However our reception made an upgrade of your room. Your family member booked a classic room with double bed - so we upgraded room to the new one with a large bed. For you there was booked a classic twin room with separate beds, so we upgraded it to new refurbished one but with two separate beds. The difference you can see also on our website page. Also both of the rooms get an invitation for a welcome drink. Since June 2024 the welcome drinks vouchers are no longer available at reception. Our Guests can see them in Accor application and they can use them any time during the stay. If our Guests have any problem with the application or voucher our staff is always ready to help and deliver other form of voucher after reporting the problem.
