The hotel is fabulously situated with a metro very close by and restaurants everywhere . They were very accomodating with early check in and room large and spotlessly clean . All the staff were very helpful and friendly but Rochelle was outstanding . Every morning at breakfast she knew immediately what our coffee / tea order was and made sure we had everything we wanted . Delightful stay !

This is a lovely hotel in the outskirts of Paris, only a 3 min walk to the metro. The neighbourhood has number of popular cafes and restaurants. In 20 mins you can walk to the river for a wonderful stroll or hop on a batobus. We had a king deluxe room. The bed was comfortable and the room air conditioned. One of the walls was completely window which was a lovely feature. The bathroom had some maintenance required - grout was missing between some tiles. Not what you’d expect in a Paris 5 star. Breakfast was delicious with a generous offering each morning. However it was about €35-40 per person! We got hit with over €150 bill upon departure after having breakfast twice. It was a nice breakfast - but we thought that was too €€€. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood outside of the main hustle and bustle of the city. It’s great if that’s what you like. If you prefer something central, this is a bit far out. We would go back. We’d probably eat breakfast at one of the local cafes though :)

Lovely little hotel. Excellent Reception staff (Demba, Manon, Victoria and Mouna) Quiet room as requested. Rooms and facilities clean and to a good standard. Spa facilities very welcome after a day of touring. Nice touches - Espresso machine in room and plenty of coffee and water. Lovely dark chocolate available at reception and in rooms (former chocolate factory) Breakfast buffet good with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.

I dont get too hysterical about hotels. As long as its clean, good value and has pleasant staff, I'm fine. This has all those things plus a lot more! It's very clean, friendly staff and loads of charm. It feels like a family B&B with all the features of a larger hotel. The location is a quiet part of Paris, close to the Metro, bars, cafes and many of the main sites are nearby (If you need a base for a game at Parc des Princes, this is ideal). We would definitely stay here again next time we play PSG! Merci bien.

Exception hotel and exceptional staff. All very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in and it’s perfectly placed to reach the Metro or a reasonable walk to reach the Batobus at Jardin du plante by the Seine.we highly recommend.
