Conveniently located just off Bochum Central Train Station (thus easily accessed from Dusseldorf Airport), it is a welcoming hotel that conveys freshness and tranquility. I stayed for one night, and booked a single room, which was spacious, and although simple, tastefully designed in earthy notes (lacking consistency though), ergonomic and comfortable; while the bathroom was more old-fashioned, but equally nice. The restaurant-bar and the lounge area were airy and slick and pleasant to hang around. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, but quite standard -no surprises here. But most important, the service has been impeccable in all aspects, with the personnel always being ready to assist. Overall, a smooth stay and an option I would reconsider, when back in town.

I have stayed here a lot over the last year and always a warm welcome from the friendly staff. Very quiet this evening which was a plus. I ate alone in the restaurant and ordered cod with sepia fettuccine which was excellent, The breakfast is phenomenal with a really enormous choice. I’ll be back for sure.

I have stayed here a few times now and always constant. Good rooms with good facilities and a great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located near the railway station and it has underground parking too. I recommend joining the ALL.com members scheme which gives you 10% discount and other advantages too.

We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast along with easy access to train station and central walking/shopping area. The bath/shower access is difficult, havingn to step into a tub aprox. 65 to 70 cm high. My 72 year old wife with a bad knee had to be helped into and out of the shower. Coming out was frightening and potentially dangerous. Also, we noticed an elevator noise even though we were three doors removed and across hall from the elevator.
