Amazing experience in this hotel! First at all, the location, literally less than 5 minutes walking to most of the main sights of London! The main areas are well cared and cleans as well as the rooms. Rooms are cozy, clean and well equipped. Impossible not to mention the comfort of Sofitel’s beds… the best!! But the best of all is the staff! All of them really attentive, nice and professional. Special mention to the restaurant/breakfast team!

This is the best hotel that I have visited so far. The attention to detail even before you arrive in the hotel is something else. The team is so professional and caring that you almost forget you are in a hotel. The rooms are lovely, the placement as well and the restaurant is a masterpiece. Thank you Jasmine for the warm welcome and Lucas for your help at my departure.

This Hotel Sofiitel London St James is a must, we have visited several times and would not choose another Hotel ,From Concierge meeting us on arrival to Check in ,, the fabulous comfortable rooms . The Wild Honey Restaurant is delicious , the new Bistro just off Wild Honey , is also a must . The Bar service again we love , We lare looking forward to our next visit which hopefully will not be long

We stayed here for a few days for our belated 20th Wedding Anniversary. The stay certainly provided us with many happy memories, thanks largely to the staff. They were just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We received a warm welcome on arrival and taken to our room by a member of guest relations. Forgot her name, but I hope she enjoyed her trip to NYC! Thanks also to the young guy who brought our luggage up promptly. Our room was on the 6th floor, I could see sunrise and sunset from different windows so was happy :) Our room was clean, comfortable and we loved it. It was quiet and we managed to sleep ok. I have to say THANK YOU again for the champagne, chocolate cake etc we received for our anniversary - so kind and thoughtful. My husband loved the chocolate ginger biscuits - so much we have ordered more! The hotel was very central. Close to two tube lines and Buck Palace, Pall Mall, Piccadilly Circus and the shopping. Excellent location. Ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast - breakfast selection was plentiful. So much choice. We enjoyed our dinner too. No complaints re the food. We loved staying here - hated leaving! So we have booked to stay again next July for my birthday (not a special birthday, so just a normal visit this time.

The welcome could not have been warmer. The lobby looks amazing with it's Christmas chalet. The room, with its velvety walls and elegant Parisien deco, was cosy and yet luxurious. But what makes the difference is their staff. Marine was genuinely caring, and the rest of the staff could not wait to assist. Truly memorable experience. Can't wait to go back!
