Et på alle måder fantastisk hotel. Venlige og professionelle medarbejdere. Et hyggeligt og ekstremt komfortabelt værelse med en smuk udsigt (junior suite). Den lækreste morgenmad. Hele hotellet er meget velholdt og rent. Sjældent har vi følt os så godt tilpas på et hotel. Tak til Sofitel og alle de dygtige medarbejdere for en femstjernet oplevelse. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Wir waren nicht zu ersten mal im Sofitel St James, aber diesmal war es besonders schön. Das Zimmer, welches wir bekamen, übertraf unsere Erwartung und die Freundlichkeit des Services war bemerkenswert. Hervorzuheben ist der Service und die Gastfreundschaft, die wir am Abend in der Bar erlebten. Das Gespräch mit dem Bar Team führte irgendwie zu einem Gin Tasting der besoderen Art, das wir immer in bester Erinnerung behalten werden. This was BIG FUN....

Il concierge in lingua italiana (Gianmaria Mancini) ottimo supporto. Da migliorare la colazione continentale,un po' scarna rispetto allo standard dell'hotel.

Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la posizione strategica dell'albergo, situato nel cuore del prestigioso quartiere di St James e a pochi passi da attrazioni come Buckingham Palace e Piccadilly Circus. La sua osservazione sulla colazione continentale sarà presa in considerazione per migliorare ulteriormente la varietà della proposta. Ci dispiace, inoltre, per i disguidi riscontrati in camera. Le assicuriamo il nostro massimo impegno per evitare il ripetersi di simili inconvenienti.
